Managing amenity bookings effectively involves approving or rejecting reservation requests based on availability and suitability.
1. Navigate to the Amenity Bookings Page:
Click on Amenity Bookings from the left-side menu to access the page where all amenity bookings are listed.
2. Select the Booking:
Identify the booking you need to address. Click on the Booking # link corresponding to the specific reservation to view its details.
3. On the booking details page, you have the option to either approve or reject the booking:
a) Click the "Approve" button to confirm the booking.
b) Click the "Reject" button to decline the booking.
4. Confirmation:
You have now successfully approved or rejected the Amenity Booking request. This decision will update the booking status accordingly and notify the relevant parties.
