How to Mark a Parcel as Collected

Here’s how to update the status of a parcel to Collected:


Marking a parcel as collected in LIV is a crucial step in managing parcel deliveries efficiently. 

 

1. Navigate to the Parcels Page:

Access your LIV account then click on Parcels from the left-side menu to access the parcel management page.

 

2. Access the Action Menu:

Locate the parcel that needs to be marked as collected. Click on the Action Menu, represented by a three-dots icon, next to the parcel’s listing. You can either click on Details and then select the Collected button, or directly select Collected from the dropdown menu.

 

3. Mark as Collected:

Choose the Collected option to update the parcel’s status.

 

4. Confirmation:

You have now successfully marked the parcel as collected in the system.
