How to Delete Ads/Banners

Deleting Ads/Banners in LIV allows you to maintain an updated and relevant advertising space, ensuring that only current and pertinent promotions are displayed to your residents. 

1. Access the Ads/Banner Section:

Once logged in, navigate to the Ads/Banner page. You can find this section by clicking on Ads/Banner from the left-side menu. This page houses all the current Ads/Banners you've set up.

2. Select Ads/Banners to Delete:

Browse through the list of Ads/Banners displayed. Below to each ad or banner, there will be a Delete button. Click this button next to the Ads/Banners that you wish to remove. This action typically prompts a confirmation to ensure that you want to delete the selected item(s).

3. Confirm Deletion:

After selecting the Ads/Banners for deletion, click the Submit button to finalize the process. This step ensures that your changes are saved and the selected Ads/Banners are removed from the system.

4. Completion:

Once you've confirmed the deletion and submitted your changes, the selected Ads/Banners will be removed from the LIV app. The advertising space will be updated to reflect only the current and active promotions or information.
