How to Add Charges to an Existing Lease

Adding charges to a lease can include utilities, parking fees, or other expenses. 

 

1. Navigate to Leases: After logging in, go to the Leases page.

 

2. Select Lease: Click on the lease number for which charges need to be added.

 

 

3. Charges Tab: Go to the Charges tab and click the Add Charge button.

 

 

4. Enter Charge Details: Select the start and end dates, category, spot from the dropdown, and enter the amount.

 

 

 

5. Confirm Charge: Review all details and click the Confirm button.

 

6. Confirmation: You have now successfully added a new charge to an existing lease.
