Effectively closing maintenance requests enhances tracking and tenant satisfaction.
1. Navigate to Maintenance:
Follow the initial steps to reach the Maintenance page.
2. Choose the Request:
From the details of the Maintenance Request, click the More button, then select Mark as solved.
3. Confirmation:
The request is now marked as solved (closed). You may revisit this page to reopen the Maintenance Request if needed.
